Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage IT assets, and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in desktop support, Microsoft technologies, endpoint management, and IT service management processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site and remote technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, IP phones, and mobile devices.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade desktop and laptop systems.
  • Manage Active Directory user accounts, permissions, and password resets.
  • Support Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online administration.
  • Handle workstation deployments, software installations, and system upgrades.
  • Document incidents and service requests in the ITSM platform.
  • Support branch offices, relocations, infrastructure upgrades, and IT projects.
  • Utilize SCCM, Intune, Lansweeper, ManageEngine Desktop Central, or similar tools.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and system health checks.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and ITIL best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Desktop Support, IT Helpdesk, or End-User Support.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
  • Experience supporting printers, scanners, IP phones, and mobile devices.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
