Job Description

Loyaltri HRMS is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to join its team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, understanding client HR technology requirements, conducting product demonstrations, and managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify new business opportunities.
  • Engage with prospective clients and understand their HR technology requirements.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and solution presentations.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and business development initiatives.

Requirements

  • Experience in HRMS, SaaS, or B2B sales.
  • Proven ability to manage the end-to-end sales process.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Immediate joiners will be preferred.
