Collaborate closely with site engineers, supervisors, and other team members to achieve project goals.

Maintain a strong focus on safety, adhering to all ADNOC safety regulations and company policies.
Complete tasks with precision and attention to detail, ensuring the highest level of quality.
Participate in daily toolbox talks and safety briefings.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment.
Essential Requirements:
Mandatory: Proven experience as a Job Performer (Civil/Mechanical) on ADNOC projects.
Mandatory: Must possess a valid ADNOC approval status with supporting documents and certifications.
Extensive hands-on experience in civil or mechanical tasks within the oil and gas industry.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Strong understanding of ADNOC safety regulations and procedures.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively under pressure.
Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
Compensation Package:
5,000 – 5,500 AED (if ADNOC approved with related certifications/documents)
Accommodation, transportation, and meals are provided in the project camp region.
